Privacy Policy

Effective August 2, 2026

CalendarPunch is designed to keep your calendar information on your device. We do not sell your personal information, show advertising, or track you across other companies’ apps or websites.

Calendar and alarm data

With your permission, CalendarPunch reads calendar events and alerts so it can display upcoming events and schedule the alarms you choose. This information is processed and stored locally on your device. It is not sent to CalendarPunch, RevenueCat, or this website.

Shortcuts refresh diagnostics

If you run CalendarPunch's refresh action from Shortcuts, CalendarPunch keeps a small local record of that refresh attempt so it can distinguish a recorded attempt from no recorded attempt. The record contains timing, app-version, outcome, permission-category, and aggregate-count information. It does not contain calendar content, event or alarm identifiers, Shortcut names or schedules, raw errors, or file paths, and it is not sent to CalendarPunch, RevenueCat, or this website.

Purchases

Apple processes App Store purchases. We use RevenueCat to provide and restore Pro access. CalendarPunch does not create an account for you or give RevenueCat your name or email address. RevenueCat assigns the app installation a random identifier and receives that identifier, purchase history, and transaction and product information. It uses this information to validate purchases, prevent fraud, restore Pro access, and provide purchase analytics. CalendarPunch and RevenueCat do not receive your payment-card details. This website

This website uses no analytics, advertising, or cookies set by us. Cloudflare processes network information such as IP addresses and request metadata to deliver and protect the site.

Your choices, retention, and deletion

You can revoke Calendar or alarm access in iOS Settings. CalendarPunch keeps its local calendar, alarm, and settings data until you delete the app; deleting the app removes that locally stored data.

Apple and RevenueCat retain purchase records under their own policies and as needed to provide purchase and restoration services, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. To ask us to delete a RevenueCat customer record associated with CalendarPunch, email us. Deleting that record does not delete Apple's transaction record or cancel a purchase, and you may need to use Restore Purchases to regain Pro access afterward.
