By using CalendarPunch, you agree to these terms and Apple’s applicable App Store terms.

The app

CalendarPunch helps you create alarms for calendar events. Alarm delivery can be affected by device settings, permissions, software, power, and other conditions outside our control. You are responsible for confirming that important alarms are enabled and scheduled correctly. Do not rely on CalendarPunch for emergencies or safety-critical uses.

Purchases

Pro is a one-time in-app purchase processed by Apple. Payment, refunds, and purchase restoration are governed by Apple’s App Store terms and policies.

Availability and liability

CalendarPunch is provided “as is” and may change or become unavailable. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app. These terms do not limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms as CalendarPunch changes. The effective date above shows the latest revision.
